South End On-Street Family Ride

Want some pro tips on how to bike safely with your kids? Join Local Motion for a one-hour "safe family biking" learning ride! Instructors Jason Van Driesche and his 10-year-old daughter Amelia will demonstrate easy-to-learn safe biking techniques on a short ride. Participants will be able to practice these techniques, ask questions, and troubleshoot specific safe riding challenges.

Free and open to the public. Please bring a functioning bike and helmet for yourself and your kids, as they are required for participation. There are three available dates and locations:

Old North End Safe Family Ride: Sept. 28 from 3:00p-4:00p.  We'll start at the Integrated Arts Academy
