The CCRPC is one of eleven commissions serving Vermont municipalities. It operates under the Vermont Municipal and Regional Planning and Development Act, conducting metropolitan transportation planning projects. Each year the Commission approves a Budget and Work Plan which outline the organization's efforts to best meet the needs of the CCRPC municipalities.
