The Vermont “Bakery Brevet” 200k. Always enjoyable 200k starting at the Red Hen Bakery in Middlesex, VT. The kind bakers at Red Hen even open at 6:40am so riders can grab a snack before the 7am start. But if you missed getting a scone, you’ll have plenty of other options as most controls are small Vermont bakers and general stores. Roughly 20% of the route is on dirt roads (not trails).
