We love gears. Arguably the most mysterious aspect of a bicycle's mechanics, shifting is a source of stress for many people who ride bikes. We'll introduce you to different shifting systems commonly found on bikes. We'll explain how they work and how to make basic adjustments. Attendees are invited to bring their bike so they can learn how to work on their particular shifters and derailleurs.
