It's a classic - one of the best one day dirt road bike tour routes in Vermont, the scenery is unbroken. Choose from 15, 30 and 60 mile routes. Short route is family friendly and gradual. The long route is demanding, with 6000 feet of elevation gain. Well marked courses, four food stops, bike patrol on duty, full cookout at end of ride. Kids and teens ride free (so bring a crowd.) $60 registration from adults is a donation to the Cross Vermont Trail - working to connect neighborhoods, schools and parks with safe, fun bike paths.
