Even if the weather may be cool, things are heating up at Local Motion. In particular, we are getting many requests for Tabling Events. These events are a fun way to engage with the public, talk about Local Motion and all the great work and fun things we do ... oh yes, and get new members too. Wait until you see our new display unit, affectionately called "the great wall". If you have a few hours and an outgoing personality, we want you!

Bike Recycle Vermont is looking for bike mechanics of all skill levels. Help refurbish donated bicycles for low-income adults needing transportation alternatives and children who need healthy diversion. Non-mechanically inclined volunteers are welcome! Fully equipped shop and great atmosphere.
