I Left My Sole In Vermont by Nicole Grubman
This is a fabulous little book that describes two dozen "loop walks" on back country roads in Central Vermont. Each is about 4-7 miles in length and nearly all of each walk is on low-traffic, dirt roads. I've walked them all in all seasons and have never not been totally energized by them.
what about bicycles use the bike path in Montpelier, instead of the busy barre street?
Prioritizing walking
We need to make the heart of our city - state and main - more pedestrian friendly. Better signal timing is needed!
