Hinesburg Town Forest

(18 miles) The Hinesburg Town Forest is a unique and wonderfully varied 850 acre piece of land. It is marked by beautiful stands of firs, pines, and birches, as well as a mix of deciduous vegetation. It is a favorite trail network for beginner, intermediate, and advanced single track mountain biking.

(7 miles) Multi-use path shared by hikers, horseback riders, dog-walkers and mountain bikers alike.
Mobbs Hill

(3.5 miles) Large stands of pine and hemlock, mixed hardwood forest. Some open meadow, old apple trees, wrecked cars, steep ascents and descents, areas of exposure along ledgy outcroppings.

(5 miles) Variable terrain, expansive meadows, dense hemlock woods, open hardwood forest overlooking Mill Brook. 5 ravine bridges built by VYCC and a wonderful swimming hole!
Mud Pond Country Park

(4.5 miles) This designated natural area consists of 79 acres and offers a 2.3 mile round trip multiple use trail open to non-motorized travel. This area connects to the Five Tree Hill and Mud Pond Conservation Area. Parking is available on Mud Pond Road. Bike trails established by Fellowship of the Wheel offer Beginner to Advanced-Intermediate single track.
