VerMontreal Bike Tour Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Payment:
For reservations made prior to April 1st, 2012, a minimum deposit of $200 is due at registration. The remaining balance shall be paid in full on or before April 1st. Reservations will be cancelled if the final payment is not received by April 1st (see cancellation fees below)
After April 1st, payment in full is required to make your reservation for the tour.
Cancellations:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may force a change to your travel plans and a cancellation may be necessary. If you must cancel your reservation for the VerMontreal Tour, please contact us as soon as possible since the date that we receive notice will determine the cancellation fee / refund due. Cancellation fees are listed below.
- If you cancel before April 1st: $100
- If you cancel after April 1st but before May 1st: 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel after May 1st: 100% of the tour price
If there are people on the waiting list we maintain once the tour fills, you may transfer your reservation to the next person on that list. Once Local Motion has confirmed the reservation from the waiting list your payment will be refunded to you in full.
Waiting List:
The waiting list will be kept in the order in which requests are received and must include a deposit of $100.
When you are moved from the waiting list to the active reservation list, your deposit will be applied to your balance and final payment is due by April 1st. If you are transferred from the waiting list after March 24th, your final payment is due within one week of notification that space is available.
ID Requirements
You will be crossing the U.S. / Canadian border while on the VerMontreal tour. It is your responsibility to have a valid ID on your person for those crossings (entering Canada and returning to the United States). If you arrive for the tour without your ID, you will not be able to participate, nor will you be eligible for a refund.
