Considering a bicycle donation?
- Bike Recycle Vermont accepts bicycles, parts, and accessories in all shapes, sizes, and conditions.
- We accept donations during our open shop hours, Tuesday through Friday from 1PM to 5PM. If you can't make it during these hours, please contact us and we'll arrange to be here at a time that works for you!
- There is a $10 suggested donation with each bicycle to cover the cost of new parts, the lock that comes with the bicycle, and subsidizing the price of helmets and lights for our recipients. Institutional donors and low-income donors are exempt from this suggested donation.

Do you have one of these in your garage? Why not donate it to Bike Recycle Vermont?
Whether it's a vintage clunker or a high-end racer, your no-longer-used bike provides transportation to a deserving neighbor. Here's how:
- We refurbish all usable bikes and provide them to low- or no-income Vermonters
- We recycle parts from unusable bikes and fashion them into "wearable art" - proceeds from the sales of which are reinvested into our program
- We sell high-end bikes on Craiglist to raise funds that help keep our doors open
Donating is easy; please
