We love gears.

Arguably the most mysterious aspect of a bicycle's mechanics, shifting is often a source of stress for many people who ride bikes.

We'll introduce you to different shifting systems commonly found on bikes. We'll explain how they work and how to make basic adjustments. Of course, feel free to ride your bike to the class, but we will not be working directly on participants' bikes.
