Local food aficionado and cyclist Lynn Wolfe has launched pedal-powered popsicle venture “Pop-Cycle”. Using local fruit and local muscles, Lynn and friends make heat-busting treats for area residents. Our fabulous relay team included Matt Ferrigno, Annie Bourdon, Eric VanVlandren, Emily Eschner and Chapin Spencer. We finished in 117th place with a time of 3:45:54. The best part (from my perspective) was the party after.
