Streets and sidewalks are full of snow and the buses aren’t running yet today. If you are not among those lucky enough to tele-commute from home, it looks like walking to work might be your best option. You could also try xc sking, sledding, or kitestorming to get there! Good luck out there, folks.

Commuting into work today, Local Motion staff experienced some vastly different weather conditions. Maybe it was the recent string of sunny weather that lulled us into thinking Summer was officially here. Indeed, it is still April and this is Vermont, after all!

Great Fun at Great Ice

The first weekend was a smashing success.  There was black ice to skate on for as far as the eye could see.   Hundreds enjoyed the skating, free nordic skate rentals, the bonfire and other festivities.  Come join us for the next three weeks.  Next weekend is the F-F-Frozen Chosen race on ice!
