Cyclists sometimes think this type of behaviour should be tolerated because it happens so often but it's time to start reporting it every time it happens. I often have my cell phone within quick reach so that I can immediately grab it and take a photo of the offending vehicle as it's passing or speeding off. I can't memorize their license plate and try to keep my balance and calm while dealing with a harrassment situation but that photo will often give me and the police all the details we need to find the offender(s).
