Video from Walk to School Day at Mallett’s Bay

Here is a fun video from Walk to School Day (last Wednesday) at Mallett’s Bay Elementary in Colchester.  Huge numbers of kids and tremendous enthusiasm, undampened by the rain!   Walking and biking are on the rise, and Colchester is leading the way.

Many thanks to Lisa Lagerquist for all her work as Safe Routes coordinator at Mallett’s Bay Elementary, as well as to Principal Julie Benay for being such a strong supporter of walking and biking and to school and Kathy Bonfigli for creating this great video.
