Pop-cycle Trike

Local food aficionado and cyclist Lynn Wolfe has launched pedal-powered popsicle venture “Pop-Cycle”. Using local fruit and local muscles, Lynn and friends make heat-busting treats for area residents. The delivery tricycle, trailer and cooler was put together with the help of the Skirack, Old Spokes Home, Outdoor Gear Exchange and Shelburne Farms.

You can find Pop-Cycle at the Old North End Farmer’s Market, Thursdays at the Intervale, and other events around town. Proceeds will benefit Local Motion and the Burlington Community Food Project. Want to help? Contact Lynn at (207)735-4926.
