Local Motion’s Richmond Ferry continues to help residents get from one side of town to the other. We’re boarding an average of 300 people per day. Here volunteer coordinator Bob Schermer takes a shift as a deck hand one evening. Volunteers still needed. Contact Bob at vtvelo@gmail.com.
Ferry passengers head home from dinner at On The Rise. The ferry is used by commuters, shoppers, recreational cyclists, and kids walking to school.
