'Keep It Rolling' Campaign Begins

'Keep It Rolling' Campaign
Keep It Rolling!
Please Play A Part!

The first year of a new venture is like learning to ride a bike. It’s thrilling and scary at the same time. It also takes a while to stop wobbling and set a straight course.

While our quick successes have proven the value of the program, it has also exposed the need for better systems, better tools, and a paid coordinator. This effort will not survive on good will and volunteer energy alone.

To build a solid foundation, we are launching the “Keep It Rolling” campaign to raise $10,000 before the end of 2005. Funds from this campaign will:

  • Set up and outfit an additional bike repair station so that we can refurbish more bicycles and offer more hands-on training time
  • Hire our first paid coordinator to better manage our activities and many volunteers
  • Strengthen our training program so that we can provide job skills and bike repair classes to more clients

Help set a solid foundation for Bike Recycle Vermont by making a generous tax-deductible contribution today! Visit our donation page for more details.
